"I live in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and one of the first locations we visited was Rancho Santa Margarita Honda. Our visit started with a greeting from one of the sales personnel, in which we expressed that we were just looking and did not need help at that time. During our perusing we were again approached by a sales person which turned out to be the Trade Up Manager, Curtis Lineberry. He understood that we were just looking, would be in the market to purchase in the next 3-4 months and he stated "when you are ready, please see me for any help you might need" at which point he handed us his card.
